For Kohli, who returned to international cricket with the ODI series on Australia tour, that series was not special but in the very first ODI match against South Africa in Ranchi, he made the fans happy by scoring a wonderful century. The former Indian captain, who has already scored 2 ODI centuries at the JSCA Cricket Stadium in Ranchi, continued his brilliant journey with this ground and scored his third century here.
Team India, batting first, lost the wicket of opener Yashasvi Jaiswal in the fourth over itself and from here Virat Kohli entered. As soon as he came to the crease, Kohli started scoring runs. This time, he was focusing on hitting sixes along with fours and by the time he completed his half-century, he had hit 3 sixes.
