The policeman very calmly tells him that he is riding a bike without a helmet. Usually, on such occasions, people start making excuses or apologizing, but this uncle’s answer surprises everyone.

Seeing this scene, even the traffic policemen themselves smile. Uncle then says that he had already told that it is difficult to get a helmet of his size.
