Astrologer told that there are mainly two types of Tulsi. Krishna Tulsi and Ram Tulsi. Krishna Tulsi is also called Lakshmi Tulsi at some places. It is usually light black or dark green in color. Ram Tulsi is also called Vishnu Tulsi. It is more green in colour. According to Hindu tradition, worshiping both these types of Tulsi in every home is considered extremely auspicious.
He said that keeping both Lakshmi Tulsi and Vishnu Tulsi separately in the house is auspicious in every way. This brings good luck, wealth and most importantly, good health. Also, discord in the family goes away and evil eye does not fall on the house.
Can both Tulsi be kept in one place?
It is natural that a question arises in the mind whether both the Tulsi plants should be kept at the same place or side by side. Regarding this, Guruji said that Lakshmi Tulsi can be kept at one place in the house and Vishnu Tulsi can be kept at another place. These can be installed in North-East, South-West, Brahmasthan or in front of the house. However, both the basil plants should not be grown in the same pot. If these are kept separately and worshipped, then results will be obtained soon.
Follow these rules while breaking Tulsi team
Guruji said that some rules should be followed even while breaking Tulsi’s group. Tulsi is considered as Mahalakshmi, Mahasaraswati, Mahakali. Tulsi should be respected with the feeling that the blessings of these goddesses are contained in Tulsi. Basil should not be cut with scissors. The party should not be broken in the evening or morning. While breaking the Tulsi group, one should chant Om Namo Narayan or Ashtakshari Mantra. Apart from this, one should not break the clumps of Tulsi by wearing slippers.
Another important thing is that Tulsi should not be offered to Lord Ganesha, hence Guruji has advised that if both Krishna Tulsi and Lakshmi Tulsi are worshiped methodically by keeping them in the courtyard of the house, then it will be auspicious in every way.
