Now Sushmita Sen’s mother has bought a luxury property worth crores in Goregaon East, Mumbai. This includes two luxurious flats, which cost around Rs 17 crore. This deal happened only last month.
Sushmita Sen’s mother Subhra Sen is a jewelery designer by profession. Now he has invested his money in property. This information has been revealed by real estate marketplace Square Yards on the basis of property registration documents available on the website of Inspector General of Registration (IGR).
Paid Rs 17 crore for two flats
Subhra Sen has taken a bet on Oberoi Realty’s Elysian project in Goregaon and has made its two luxury flats her own. Both the flats are in the same building and both have adequate carpet area and parking space. For these, the actress’s mother had to pay a total of Rs 16.89 crore.
The deal was done in November
This deal between Subhra and Oberoi Realty was signed in November itself. The price of one flat is Rs 8.40 crore and the other is Rs 8.49 crore. The area of both is 163.59 square meters (1,760 square feet). For the flat worth Rs 8.40 crore, Rs 42.02 lakh stamp duty and Rs 30,000 registration charge were given. Whereas for the second flat, the stamp duty was Rs 42.49 lakh and the registration charge was Rs 30,000.
