Kiran Gupta says that, if you want to consume curd in winter, then eat only fresh curd frozen 3-4 hours in advance. Eating curd kept overnight or kept in the refrigerator can increase the problem of cough and cold. Also keep in mind that if you already have cold then it is better to avoid curd.

At what time is it best to eat curd in winter?

Experts say that it is considered good to eat curd in the morning or afternoon during winter. Apart from this, try not to make the mistake of adding sugar to curd in winter. If you eat gourd, tinda or any vegetable mixed with curd, it improves digestion.
