
Russian President Vladimir Putin is coming to India on a state visit after 4 years. He will stay in India from 4 to 5 December. 1. New deal on S-400 air defense system
India can place new orders for S-400 air defense system. India has already signed a deal (2018) to purchase five S-400 units. Of these, three units have been received, two are yet to be received. Each S-400 squadron consists of two batteries, each equipped with six launchers, a command-and-control system, surveillance radar and engagement radar. 128 missiles can be installed in each battery. 6. Launch of Indian channel of RT (Russia Today)
Putin will launch RT India channel during his visit to India. RT is the broadcasting channel of the Russian government. This will be a new beginning in media cooperation.
7. Vision document of both the countries
Vision document can be released on 25 years of Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership. Both countries can issue a strategic roadmap for the next 10 years, in which defense, energy, space, trade, science and technology can be discussed. Further support from Russian space agency Roscosmos for Gaganyaan mission. There may be an announcement on satellite navigation (GLONASSNavIC cooperation).
