India is ready for all kinds of help
PM Modi said in his post that India is ready to help in every way, in whatever way we can. This initiative of PM Modi is being appreciated throughout Bangladesh including BNP and it is reminding us of the historical relations between India and Bangladesh.
Khaleda Zia’s health is deteriorating
80-year-old Khaleda Zia has been admitted to a private hospital in Dhaka since November 23 after suffering from a severe chest infection, which has affected both her heart and lungs. According to BNP leaders, his condition has deteriorated significantly in the days after his recruitment.
Four days after admission, doctors shifted him to the coronary care unit. Since then, he has been put on ventilation and medical teams consisting of local and international specialists are overseeing his treatment. Elections are to be held in Bangladesh in a few months, hence the deteriorating health of the BNP chief is being considered a big blow for the party.
