The story of Russian fitness influencer Dmitry Nuyanzin is a warning to people around the world who forget their limits when it comes to fitness. Many people dream of changing themselves and inspiring others, but sometimes this enthusiasm takes a dangerous turn. Dmitry also wanted to do something similar. He wanted to show his followers that anyone can lose weight if they have the willpower. The sad thing is that he lost his life in this attempt.
30-year-old Dmitry, living in Orenburg, used to share fitness related tips on social media. He believed that losing weight is not as difficult as people think. With this thought in mind he decided to take upon himself a unique but very risky challenge. He planned that first he would increase his weight rapidly and then reduce the same weight in a controlled manner and tell people that adopting the right path leads to results.
Died while trying to show the world
For this challenge, Dimitri chose a diet that could prove difficult for any healthy person. For several weeks he was eating about 10,000 calories a day. This quantity was many times more than the requirement of a normal person. His day started with pastries and cake. In the afternoon he used to eat big sized pakodas dipped in mayonnaise. Used to eat heavy foods like burgers and pizza at night. In between this, he used to eat chips, chocolates and different types of snacks. Consuming such a heavy and unbalanced diet on a regular basis can weaken any body, but Dmitry continued considering it as part of his plan.
It was only about a month after the challenge started that his weight had increased by 13 kg and he had reached 105 kg. On November 18, he shared a video on Instagram in which he was sitting comfortably and eating chips. In the video, he told that his challenge is progressing rapidly, but he also said that recently he has been feeling a little strange. Perhaps even they themselves did not understand that this discomfort could be a sign of some serious problem.
Such was the situation at the end
The situation worsened a day before his death. He canceled many of his training sessions and told his close ones that he was not feeling well. He said that he was going to meet the doctor the next day. But he lost his life before reaching there. That very night his heart stopped in his sleep.

Experts believe that even though Dmitry was already fit, eating such a heavy and unbalanced diet for a long time had a deep impact on his body. The heart came under the greatest pressure and perhaps it could not cope with it. Rapid weight gain can cause many problems inside the body. Especially when this process is based on excessive calories and junk food.
