Chart will be made 10 hours in advance
According to the Railway Board, the first reservation chart for trains running from 5:01 am to 2:00 pm will be prepared a day before by 8 pm. This means that train passengers will get their ticket confirmation information much earlier. Also they will get plenty of time to reach the station. The first reservation chart for trains running from 2:01 pm to 11:59 pm and from 12 pm to 5 am will be prepared at least 10 hours in advance.
Passengers will get a lot of convenience
Railway Board officials say that this decision will reduce the worries of passengers coming from far away places. They will be able to know the status of their ticket in time. Due to which their worry of missing the train will end. This order has been issued with instructions to all zonal railways and concerned authorities to implement it. According to experts, a lot of preparation for this arrangement was being done by the Railways for many months.
