It has been told from the office of Congress MP Shashi Tharoor that he is currently engaged in serving his 90 year old mother in Kerala. He is also campaigning in the local body elections of Kerala. For this reason Shashi Tharoor has not been able to attend this meeting. It is being told that Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal has also not been able to attend the meeting on Sunday. It is being said that KC Venugopal also did not attend the meeting due to campaigning in the local body elections.
Tharoor was missing from the meeting called on SIR issue
Recently, the Congress high command had called a big meeting regarding Special Intensive Review (SIR). Congress MP Shashi Tharoor did not attend this meeting. He cited his poor health as the reason for not attending the meeting. Whereas Shashi Tharoor had attended PM Modi’s program just a day before. Also posted on X praising the PM.
