When is Margashirsha Purnim? (When is Margashirsha Purnima 2025)

According to Drik Panchang, Margashirsha Purnima Tithi will start at 8:37 am on December 4. At the same time, Margashirsha Purnima will end the next day on 5th December at 4:43 am. In such a situation, Margashirsha Purnima will be celebrated on 4th December 2025 and Purnima fast will also be observed on the same day.

  1. Snan-Daan Muhurta – 4th December from 5:10 am to 6:05 am.
  2. Satyanarayan Puja time – 4th December from 10:53 am to 1:29 pm.
  3. Moonrise time – 4th December at 4:35 pm.

Bhadra on Margashirsha Purnima

The shadow of Bhadra is also going to be there on Margashirsha Purnima, hence do not do any auspicious work during this period. On December 4, the shadow of Bhadra will be there from 8:36 am to 6:41 pm. However, this Bhadra will reside in heaven and hence there will be no bad effect of Bhadra.
