How to check SIR form submission online: Whether SIR Form has been submitted or not, check online sitting at home like this

There is confusion among voters regarding filling and submitting the form for purification of voter list under Special Summary Revision (SIR) in nine states and 3 union territories of the country. BLOs are not reaching many areas. In such a situation, the Election Commission has provided the facility to fill the online form. Along with this, many people have submitted the form to the BLO, but are doubtful whether their form has been submitted or not. In such a situation, the Election Commission has made it clear that voters can check the status of their forms sitting at home and if any error is found, they can give the information.

The Election Commission has provided the facility of verification of online form submission. States and Union Territories where the SIR process is going on. Voters can get this information online by visiting voters.eci.gov.in/enumeration-form-new enumeration form Whether deposited online or not.

The Election Commission has launched a simple four-step process on its Voters Service Portal so that voters can confirm the status of their submission.

As part of SIR 2026, voters across all states are submitting their enumeration forms through BLO or online. To reduce delays in preparing the draft voter list and ensure transparency, the Election Commission has launched an online verification feature through which voters can check whether their forms have been digitized or not.

How to check whether the form has been submitted or not?

After opening the website of the Election Commission, first you have to select the state in which you are a voter and then enter the EPIC number. After filling all this information, if the enumeration form has been uploaded by the BLO, then its information will be displayed on the screen and it will appear that the form has been successfully submitted.

Those who have submitted their enumeration form online also. The process is similar for them also. With this, voters are saved from the trouble of repeatedly visiting or calling the BLO. The Election Commission has made this entire process very transparent, so that the voters do not have any hurdles.

The Election Commission clearly said that ‘if the enumeration form of any voter has not been submitted, then action will be taken against the concerned BLO, but now the voters themselves should get information about the status of their form whether their form has been submitted or not.

Sir Check Status

The Election Commission has made it clear that it takes only a minute or two to check the status of the enumeration form. In such a situation, please check it to avoid any mistake.

If your Enumeration Form Once uploaded, you will see a message that your form has already been submitted with the mobile number.

If you don’t see that message (or the form appears blank), it means the form hasn’t been uploaded, you may need to resubmit it or contact the BLO in your area.

How to check upload status?

Step 1: Voters go to voters.eci.gov.in and click on Fill Enumeration Form.

On opening the Voters Service Portal (voters.eci.gov.in), users will have to select the Fill Enumeration Form option under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) section. This redirects them to the login page.

Step 2: Log in using your mobile number or EPIC.

Existing users can log in using their mobile number/EPIC number, captcha and OTP. First time users will need to sign up before proceeding.

Step Three: Select your state and enter your EPIC number

After logging in, the portal will show a search form. The user has to select his state and enter his EPIC (Voter ID) number, then click on search.

Step Four: Check the Status of Your Form

If the BLO has already uploaded the enumeration form, a message will appear on the screen: Your form has already been submitted. For more information contact your BLO. If this confirmation is not visible, the portal will automatically open a blank enumeration form indicating that the data has not yet been uploaded.

What to do if details are missing?

If the status does not show Submitted, voters are advised to wait as BLOs continue to upload forms in different phases. If the portal shows incorrect details or unexpected submitted status, voters should contact the assigned BLO for information.
