Millet will provide these benefits

Nutritionist says that millet is the best food to be eaten in winter. With this you can also make millet laddu, millet raab, millet halwa or roti and eat it. Protein, fiber, iron, carbohydrates and many types of vitamins are found in it. It helps in reducing hair fall. Keeps the stomach full for a long time, which helps in weight loss. Also digestion improves.

Seasonal vegetable Undhiyu is also amazing

Undhiyu is a seasonal vegetable, which is widely eaten in Maharashtra and Gujarat. It is made by mixing many types of pulses and vegetables, which together becomes rich in many nutritions. This is a prebiotic dish, which should be eaten at least once a week in winter. Rijuta tells that, if you are not able to get Undhiyu, then you can make any seasonal vegetable by mixing it with pulses and roots vegetables.

Dry coconut is also beneficial

If you are very tired and lethargic while lying in the quilt, then dry coconut can work like a boon. Eating dry coconut gives you plenty of energy. Because chain triglycerides are found in good quantity in it. It is also helpful in burning fat. Apart from this, it is also considered very beneficial for making the skin glowing and soft.
