- Meanwhile, there was a relatively long discussion on two topics in the session. There was a discussion for 11 hours 32 minutes on the completion of 150 years of the national song Vande Mataram, in which 65 members participated. Apart from this, there was a debate on electoral reforms for about 13 hours on 9 and 10 December, in which 63 MPs participated. During Zero Hour, 408 matters of public importance were raised, but the opposition alleges that discussion on many serious issues was limited to a limited time.
- On 11 December, during Zero Hour alone, 150 members raised their matters, leading to frequent disorganization of the proceedings. 137 private member bills were presented in the session but no further concrete action could be taken on any of them.
