In America, the case related to notorious sex offender Jeffrey Epstein has once again created a stir. The US Justice Department made public about 3 lakh documents related to the Epstein investigation on Friday night. These documents have been released in a total of 7 sets, which include thousands of photographs and important documents related to the investigation. After these files came to light, the debate has once again intensified regarding names related to politics, Hollywood and global celebrities.
According to the Justice Department, initially four sets of Epstein files were released. A few hours later, 3 more sets were made public. Overall, there are more than 3,500 files, whose data is said to be more than 2.5 GB. These documents include photos, emails, investigation notes and other records. However, regarding many photographs it is not clear where and on what occasion they were taken.

Among these files, the most discussed issue is former US President Bill Clinton. In the pictures that surfaced, Clinton is shown bathing in the pool and partying with girls. After the pictures came out, Clinton has called herself a scapegoat in this whole matter.

His spokesperson issued a statement saying that he was being deliberately targeted and the matter was being misrepresented. However, the Justice Department says that the released documents have not revealed any new concrete information about Epstein’s crimes or the direct involvement of big names.

Ever since Jeffrey Epstein’s death in prison, questions have been raised about his network and relationships with influential people. On November 18, US President Donald Trump signed a law ordering that all documents related to Epstein be made public within 30 days. This deadline was completed on December 19, after which these files came to light.
Serious allegations against Epstein’s girlfriend Maxwell
In the released documents, serious allegations have also been registered against Epstein’s close associate and girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell. According to the Justice Department, between 1994 and 1997, Maxwell groomed several minor girls for sexual exploitation and lured them into Epstein’s trap. It is reported that she first befriended the victims, asked about their family and school and then took them to a movie or shopping, so that they could be implicated by gaining their trust.

The Justice Department has also said that some files are currently withheld because the investigation related to them is ongoing or they are related to national security.
