Chief Minister Rekha Gupta can provide great relief to the people of Delhi. The government can waive all traffic challans. For this, the government may soon bring an amnesty scheme. In this, Delhi can take a decision to waive all the challans issued by Police and Enforcement Department. The file has been sent to LG for approval. Very soon the government can pass it in the cabinet.
