The investigation into Delhi bomb blast is progressing rapidly and security agencies are continuously making new arrests and revelations. Now big news is coming out that terrorist Umar is connected to Uttarakhand in the Delhi bomb blast case. While checking the call details of Umar, his connection was found to be from Banbhulpura area in Haldwani, Uttarakhand.
Late Friday night, along with the special team of Delhi Police, the team of LIU Delhi raided Banbhulpura and took the Imam of Bilali Masjid into custody. According to police sources, the police has taken him to Delhi. For security reasons, police forces are deployed in Bilali Masjid and other sensitive areas. Besides, intensive checking campaign is being conducted by the police in many areas of the city.
Suddenly there was a stir in the area due to police force.
On Saturday morning, a heavy police force including SP City Manoj Kumar Katyal, CO Lalkuan Deepshikha Aggarwal reached Bangbhoolpura. Seeing such a large number of police forces suddenly, various kinds of speculations are being made by the local people. Police have maintained tight security at Bilali Masjid and the Imam’s residence located nearby. However, the security agencies have not yet issued any statement regarding Imam’s role in the Delhi blast.
Arrests in Delhi blast
People are continuously being taken to Hirat in Delhi blast. NIA has arrested a total of 8 people so far. 6 arrests were made on 20th November and 2 arrests were made from Haldwani on 28-29th November.
On November 10, 2025, 15 people were killed and many were injured in a car blast incident near Red Fort, Delhi. In the investigation by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Delhi Police, it has been proved to be a terrorist attack, which is linked to organizations like Jaish-e-Mohammed. The main accused Dr. Umar Un Nabi is being considered a suicide bomber.
